Registration is open for the 2020 National Student Council Conference! This annual event provides a unique opportunity for student council members and advisers from near and far to sharpen their leadership skills and increase their peer networks. As a bonus, NatStuCo member schools can attend at the discounted member rate.

Middle level and high school student leaders and advisers will convene for three days to learn from leadership experts, share ideas and strategies with fellow student leaders and advisers, and build a nationwide network of peers that extends beyond their school walls. Attendees will bring home many new ideas to help them improve their school and advance their community in a positive way.

The 2020 National Student Council Conference will be hosted by Eaglecrest High School in Centennial, CO, right outside of Denver from June 22–24. Delegates will climb to new heights as they work together to “Rise Up and Lead” and increase the impact of their student councils. The 2020 theme gives a nod to the incredible power of student leadership as well as the Mile High City, where the conference will be held.

The National Student Council Conference provides a variety of ways for students and advisers to cultivate their leadership skills by presenting workshops, hosting roundtables, or holding idea shares—allowing an opportunity for dialogue, learning, and an exploration of topics that are important to students’ and educators’ personal and professional development. Advisers can also take part in the Adviser Roundtable discussions, where innovative and effective activities, events, and ideas will be discussed among peers.
