New Support for Your Chapter Adviser
In recent years, NHS has developed all-new resources to equip chapter advisers with everything they need to run an effective and efficient chapter. Advisers can find chapter management tools and templates in the robust online Adviser Resource Center, connect and collaborate with peers in the Adviser Online Community, and receive customized support from trained national staff by phone or email.
NHS Scholarship Gives More
The NHS Scholarship prize pool has increased to $2 million dollars, which are awarded to 600 deserving NHS members, with the national winner taking home $25,000. By giving this opportunity to your students, you could potentially help open the door for them to continue their education and achieve their dreams.
Service Mindset and Action
Individual, chapter, and schoolwide service projects are still at the core of what NHS students are known for. Focusing on service learning creates a “give back” mindset and weaves continued service into the everyday of a learning community. Chapter advisers have unlimited access to service planning templates and resources in the Adviser Resource Center, and now verified student members also get direct access to over 10,000 project ideas in the National Student Project Database.
